Salary Details

In-hand Salary: ₹24,429 – ₹34,000 per month (depending on process and last drawn salary)
CTC Range: ₹3.6 LPA – ₹4.78 LPA

We are hiring experienced Customer Support Executives for Domestic and International Voice Processes in Gurgaon. This opportunity is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and prior BPO experience.

Available Processes:
• Domestic Voice – Udaan CL11 (Operations)
• International Voice – DCG Curry / Falcon

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries
• Provide accurate information and effective resolution
• Maintain quality standards and compliance guidelines
• Achieve performance and productivity targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates eligible (B.E / B.Tech also eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of experience mandatory (On Papers)
• International voice experience preferred for international process
• Candidates with voice or blended international experience can apply
• Excellent communication skills required

Assessment Criteria

• Voice Versant: 58–60+ (depending on process)
• GAT (if applicable): Logical – 8, Grammar – 16

Shift Details

• 24/7 rotational shifts
• 5 days working
• Rotational week offs
