Job Title: International Sales Agent (Evening/Night Shift)

Location: Shahra - e - Faisal

No. of Positions: 20

Shift Timings: 12:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)

Salary: Base Pay: 75,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 90K - 100K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients across international markets.
• Present a persuasive introduction to spark interest in our IT services.
• Assess and qualify leads to ensure they fit company standards before handing them over.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English with a neutral or near-native accent.
• At least 6 months of experience in cold calling within sales or lead generation.
• Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual with strict commitment to the 6 PM shift start time.
• High level of professionalism, respect, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Quick thinker with the ability to adapt, stay resilient, and handle rejection.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
