Customer Support Executive (E-commerce)

Role Overview

Juggernaut Commerce is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional support to customers across our eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Handle order status updates, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Update customer information in CRM and order management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or above.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus.
