Customer Support Executive (E-commerce Operations)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication for our growing online business.

This is an office-based position. The role requires strong written communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer emails and messages in a timely manner
  • Handle order inquiries, shipping updates, returns, and complaints
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments when necessary
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English (grammar and tone must be strong)
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to manage difficult customers calmly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good typing speed
  • Basic understanding of order processing systems
  • Must be punctual and disciplined

Location:

Office-based position - Karachi (Gulshan-e-Iqbal)

Working Hours:

From 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary:

Market competitive. Final offer based on experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
