Customer Support Executive ERP (Female)

We are looking for female candidates to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our ERP product. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career in customer support and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support to customers using the ERP system
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and tickets
• Assist users with ERP modules, preferably Accounting
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
• Knowledge of Accounting concepts will be preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer support role
