Currently we are looking for the post of Customer Support Coordinator- Female for our TMS Division (Karachi).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the software support team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitor ongoing support activities including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and application deployment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical support team for scheduling, updates, and follow-ups.
  • Organize and manage team schedules, task assignments, and progress tracking.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks such as software installations, onsite/online troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on support activities, client feedback, and team performance.
  • Assist in planning and organizing client visits, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal departments to support workflow and resolve coordination issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any related field.
  • Experience in coordination, or support roles (IT environment preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
