Customer Support Executive (Female)

Language Preference: English, Hindi and Bengali

Job Description:

We are seeking a female dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive who is fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint and providing the best solution.
  • Document all interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support is an advantage.
