Customer Support Executive - Female

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone, ensuring a professional and friendly brand experience.
  • Assist customers with product information, sizing guidance, order placement, and general queries related to Dhaga Apparel products.
  • Handle order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and complaint resolution in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints in the support system.
  • Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and proactive follow-ups.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with management to improve products and services.

Job Location:

I.I Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

Timings:

  • Monday – Friday (09:00 AM – 06:00 PM), Alternate Saturday (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM)
  • Gender: Female
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1 – 2 years (Customer Support or Coordination role preferred)
