Corbit Systems Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Location: Lahore

Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Fresh candidates may also apply)

Minimum Contract Period: 2 Years

Job Description:

>Handle customer calls professionally and assist with pre-sales & after-sales issues.

>Prepare and distribute invoicing, correspondence, and coordinate dispatches.

>Resolve customer queries related to billing, delivery, dispatch, and warranty claims.

>Follow up with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding payments.

>Maintain billing and payment documentation.

>Ensure timely resolution of after-sales support issues.
