  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide updates on shipment status, delivery timelines, and delays.
  • Address complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Track and monitor shipments using logistics software or tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Help resolve issues like lost or damaged goods, incorrect deliveries, or customs delays.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, delivery notes, and customer records.
  • Generate regular reports on service performance and customer feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and logistics providers to resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or manager.
  • Assist in updating standard operating procedures.
