Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our SEO and GMB campaigns who can handle client communication professionally and also understands the technical aspects of SEO and website development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients regarding SEO, GMB, and website-related updates, progress, and requirements.
• Handle GMB optimization tasks such as listing updates, posting, reviews guidance, keywords, rankings, and troubleshooting suspensions.
• Understand Technical SEO including crawling, indexing, website speed, schema, sitemaps, backlinks, and ranking factors.
• Coordinate with the web development team regarding website fixes, technical issues, errors, hosting/domain updates, and on-site improvements.
• Track SEO performance and prepare weekly reports for clients.
• Resolve client concerns, answer queries, and ensure satisfaction with campaign progress.
• Follow up with technical and SEO teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation of client communications, instructions, and updates.
• Suggest improvements and additional services when required.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer support within SEO or digital marketing is preferred.
• Practical understanding of Google My Business (GMB) processes and optimization.
• Basic knowledge of website development (WordPress preferred) to understand and explain technical issues.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
