Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client queries and provide technical support for our software solutions. The role involves handling client issues, providing remote assistance, and visiting client sites when required. Training will be provided to help you understand our systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues efficiently
- Guide clients on system usage, features, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams
- Visit client locations when issues cannot be resolved remotely
- Assist in onboarding, basic training, and implementation support for clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in software/IT services
- Basic understanding of software systems and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with ERP or business management systems (education, accounting, or HR domains is a plus)
- Experience with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of accounting or HR processes is an advantage

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Working days)
- Compensation & Benefits: Starting from PKR 50,000, along with lunch and tea.
