About the Role

DeskFrnd is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle the UK Facilities Management helpdesk for our client. The role involves managing maintenance requests, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring efficient communication between clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls from UK clients.
  • Log new jobs, assign engineers, and update job progress accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors for hard and soft FM services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, etc.).
  • Book and schedule PPMs and ad-hoc jobs as required.
  • Follow up with clients for updates, confirmations, and feedback.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Communicate professionally with the UK-based operations team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, helpdesk, or coordination.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (clear accent preferred).
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Confident handling calls, email, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with FM operations or service coordination is an advantage.
