Eminent Tax is hiring a professional Customer Support Executive to handle incoming calls and chats from US clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a clear American-accent English.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound US client calls professionally
• Respond to live chats and inquiries
• Provide accurate service information
• Resolve client concerns effectively
• Document calls and maintain records
• Guide junior team members when required
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements:

✔ Minimum qualification: Intermediate / O Levels
✔ Minimum 1 year call center experience
✔ Fluent English with US-American accent
✔ Strong phone etiquette and active listening
✔ Ability to handle pressure and multitask
✔ Leadership ability preferred
