Job Description:
Bizz Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive for our international logistics voice process team. The role involves directly interacting with international clients to resolve shipment-related queries and provide real-time logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers concerning shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
- Deliver accurate, clear, and timely communication to clients across various global time zones.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, HQ Team, IT Team, customs) to ensure smooth logistics execution.
- Log interactions and maintain updated records in CRM and internal systems.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
- Consistently meet customer service KPIs and SLAs.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an international BPO voice process, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or global accent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Capable of multitasking and working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willing to work rotational or night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preference for Logistics, Commerce, or Business).
- Familiarity with global logistics workflows, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
- Experience using logistics CRMs or platforms is a plus.
