Role Summary:

We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive with a creative edge. This hybrid role combines client communication, lead handling, and basic graphic design. You’ll be the first point of contact for incoming WhatsApp, email, and call enquiries - managing queries, assigning leads to the sales team, and tracking each opportunity from start to close. Bonus if you can handle quick design tasks when needed!

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Manage and log incoming leads and route them to the appropriate sales rep
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth progress and communication
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM or lead tracking sheet
• Handle minor design edits or create simple artwork (when required)
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams for client updates

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in customer support, coordination, or client service
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
