Global Tech Solutions is seeking dedicated and professional Customer Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide solutions and escalate issues when necessary
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Freshers and candidates with experience are encouraged to apply
• Undergraduate students or recent graduates
• Strong interpersonal, Problem-solving, and persuasive skills

Shift Timing:
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Night Shift)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Up to PKR 40,000 (Basic Salary) per month
• Attractive incentive structure
• Dinner provided by the company

Bahria Town, Lahore

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
