Job Title: Customer Support Representative (E-commerce Industry)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Short Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Representative for our E-commerce business. This is a non-target-based, full-time office job. The main responsibilities include calling customers for order confirmation, verifying parcel deliveries, and handling customer queries on incoming calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outgoing calls to customers for order confirmation.
- Call customers to confirm parcel delivery status (received or not).
- Handle customer queries and complaints on incoming calls.
- Update records and order status using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery updates.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times.
- Follow company guidelines and work closely with team members for smooth operations.
- Support during busy days and overtime will be provided if workload increases.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / ICom or equivalent).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets is a must.
- Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
- No transport provided by the company.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience of call Center
Office Timing:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Overtime provided during high workload days.
