Job Title: Customer Support Representative (E-commerce Industry)

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time

Short Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Customer Support Representative for our E-commerce business. This is a non-target-based, full-time office job. The main responsibilities include calling customers for order confirmation, verifying parcel deliveries, and handling customer queries on incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outgoing calls to customers for order confirmation.
  • Call customers to confirm parcel delivery status (received or not).
  • Handle customer queries and complaints on incoming calls.
  • Update records and order status using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and courier teams for timely delivery updates.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication with customers at all times.
  • Follow company guidelines and work closely with team members for smooth operations.
  • Support during busy days and overtime will be provided if workload increases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Intermediate (FA / FSc / ICS / ICom or equivalent).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets is a must.
  • Good communication skills in Urdu and basic English.
  • No transport provided by the company.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience of call Center

Office Timing:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
  • Overtime provided during high workload days.

Other Details:

  • Fixed Salary
  • Not a target-based job
  • Performance-based increment possible after 3 months
