Customer Support Specialist in GERMAN

REMOTE (HOME OFFICE)

Salary: USD based salary
Working days: Monday-Friday, shift is(10.00-1900) (including lunch and two 15-minute breaks) + some weekends we have overtime on saturday or sunday (we are paying for overtime on weekends) it's not include both saturday and sunday just one day and when you work on one saturday upcoming weekend is totally off.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Guide clients through technical processes, such as account setup, deposit/withdrawal procedures, and platform navigation.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced speaking level of German+ English language
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
