Required Competencies:
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and system configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows-based environments and basic software installation/troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, IP addressing, and network diagnostics.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
Primary Areas of Engagement:

- This internship involves regular field visits, including:
- On-site hardware installation, device setup, and configuration
- Customer site visits for device health checks and service support
- Field visits for business development and client engagement
- Hands-on exposure to time attendance devices, access control systems, and related hardware
