We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our logistics team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage customer inquiries and shipment coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely shipment updates.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication. Support clients with service requests, complaints, or escalation follow-ups.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, booking confirmations, and delivery schedules when needed.
- Had an experience in Sales
Requirements:
- Must be currently based in Qatar.
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Arabic is mandatory).
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales Assistant
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
