We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Customer Support Officer (CSO) with hands-on experience in Telematics and GPS tracking systems. The role involves providing technical support to clients, monitoring GPS systems, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operation of telematics solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Location: Gulberg, Lahore — Hafeez Shopping Mall (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support for GPS tracking and telematics systems.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests related to GPS devices, dashboards, and reports.
  • Monitor vehicle tracking systems, alerts, and exceptions in real time.
  • Assist in installation support, device troubleshooting, and configuration (remote/on-site coordination).
  • Coordinate with technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and system updates.
  • Guide clients on system usage, reports, and best practices.
  • Ensure SLA compliance and timely response to customer issues.
  • Prepare basic reports related to system performance and customer issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in telematics, GPS tracking, or fleet management systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues logically and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.

Strong understanding of:

  • GPS tracking systems & telematics platforms
  • Vehicle tracking devices and sensors
  • Alerts, geofencing, and reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
