We Are Hiring – Customer Support Officer
(Signature Electronics)

Location: Bahria Town
Preference: Bahria Town Residents
Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Fresh candidates or up to 6 months of relevant experience
  • Presentable personality with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution and follow-ups
  • Maintain proper records of complaints and resolutions
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, warranties, and services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support
  • Assist in after-sales support and service coordination

Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Professional attitude with a high level of punctuality
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and responsibly
