P&S Logistics is looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable female professional to join our team. This role is for immediate hiring to support customer communication and daily operations for our Australian transport network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, calls, and messages
  • Provide quick replies to customer inquiries and booking requests
  • Share vehicle tracking updates with customers in a clear and timely manner
  • Coordinate bookings and follow up on pickup & delivery schedules
  • Maintain customer records and manage advance and delayed bookings
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and the operations team
  • Support basic operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • 1–2 years experience in customer support, admin, or logistics (preferred)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Quick learner with a sharp, professional mindset
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and efficiently
  • Female candidate only

Work Details

  • Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
  • Job Type: Office-based
