Job Description: Customer Support / Patient Care Specialist

Role Summary:

Responsible for assisting patients, ensuring a smooth healthcare experience, and acting as a bridge between patients, doctors, and the digital platform. This role often requires both communication skills and some knowledge of healthcare processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Communication:

Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat, or the platform.

Guide patients through appointment booking, treatment procedures, and medical tourism logistics.

Care Coordination:

Schedule appointments with doctors or partner hospitals.

Follow up on patient treatment plans, ensuring satisfaction and adherence.

Problem Solving:

Address patient complaints or issues promptly.

Resolve any technical or service-related problems in collaboration with other teams.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate patient records in the system.

Report feedback and recurring issues to improve service quality.

Support for Medical Tourism:

Assist international patients with travel, visa, and accommodation arrangements if required.

Explain healthcare procedures, costs, and policies clearly.
