What You’ll Do
As a PLC Technical Support Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in keeping customers’ operations running smoothly. You will:

Test, troubleshoot, and support PLCs within our automated warehouse picking systems

Become a subject-matter expert on the System Logistics platform

Travel to customer sites during system startups to handle installation, commissioning, and testing

Diagnose, resolve, and fully document technical issues for both remote and on‑site users

Work within a ticketing system to ensure complete and accurate incident documentation
-
Coordinate service and equipment repair to minimize downtime
-
Deliver an outstanding support experience by communicating clearly, listening closely, and responding effectively to customer needs

Rotate shifts, including on‑call coverage one weekend every fourth week

Take on additional related responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who is both technically sharp and customer‑focused:

Associate degree in Engineering or a related field (minimum)

2+ years of hands‑on PLC programming experience

Solid experience with Allen‑Bradley PLCs

Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment

Proven troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems

Self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently

Willingness to work rotating shifts

Ability to travel up to 10%
