Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Support Representative (Female preferred) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and consistent follow-ups. She will also play a key role in arranging meetings with corporate clients and supporting the sales team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and the capability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and timely follow-ups.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM/records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and performance targets.
- Research and identify potential markets, industries, and decision-makers.
- Build rapport and maintain strong professional relationships with prospects.
- Gather client feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities with corporate clients.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
