As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various customer-related tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Verify & Confirm customer orders to ensure accuracy and prevent returns & chargebacks.
Interact with customers through phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Provide effective solutions to customer queries, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain up-to-date customer information and order details.
Follow up with courier services to track orders and provide customers with timely updates.
Collaborate with the team to address escalated issues and provide necessary support.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
Age between 18 - 25.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Representative in an e-commerce or Shopify store.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Proficient in using customer support software, social media platforms, and basic data entry tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Resides near Federal B Area, Karachi.

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
