Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve complaints or escalate issues to the relevant team.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Meet daily performance targets, including call quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Intermediate or higher.
• Experience: Customer service experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening.

Location: MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3 Lahore
Timings: 10 am - 6 pm (Mon-Sat)
