Job Summary:
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing communication channels including WhatsApp, coordinating order confirmations and delivery tracking and maintaining customer satisfaction. Ensures accurate reporting and smooth coordination between sales and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Social Media and other support channels.
- Confirm orders, coordinate dispatch and track deliveries with relevant teams.
- Provide assistance in resolving customer complaints or concerns efficiently.
- Support the sales team by managing order-related queries and customer feedback.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve the customer experience.
- Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions and address customer needs proactively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
