Job Title: Customer Support Representative (Evening/Night Shift)

Location: Shahra - e - Faisal

No. of Positions: 20

Shift Timings: 12:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)

Salary: Base Pay: 50,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 70K - 80K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential international clients.
• Maintain high call volumes and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Handle objections with professionalism and close deals efficiently.
• Accurately record call details and customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize conversion rates and increase revenue.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with a neutral or near-native accent.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Must be punctual with strict adherence to shift timings (starting at 12:00 AM).
• Strong work ethic, respectful attitude, and a team-player mindset.
• Target-driven with a growth-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle rejection and think quickly on your feet.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
