We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Associate Client Support to join our team in Sargodha, Pakistan. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Provide feedback on client trends to improve products and services.
  • Uphold company policies and standards in all client communications.
  • Administrative tasks as per business requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Spoken and Written English: This is a critical requirement, as the role involves direct communication with international clients. Candidates must demonstrate fluent spoken English for clear verbal interactions and strong written English for composing professional emails, reports, and documentation. Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation are essential to ensure effective client support without misunderstandings.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer proficiency.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Availability to work during UK working hours 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. GMT.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a client-facing role within law firm
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Urdu or other regional languages) are a plus.
