Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Rep.
Responsibilities
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the clients.
- Addressing and resolving clients’ complaints.
- Ensure the correct services are delivered to customers promptly.
- Resolve any customer issues and problems and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Developing a thorough understanding of client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Report customer issues and complaints to the appropriate team through the ticketing system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration is a plus
- 1+ years of relevant work experience is a plus.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software is a plus
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Flexible working hours (Day or Night Shift but not both)
- English and Turkish languages are required. 2nd or 3rd language would be excellent!
