The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and support requests through phone, email, and chat. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and within timelines.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and help them use products or services.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Contribute to team effort by achieving daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
  • Continuously work on improving customer service quality through feedback and training.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
