Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Accurately document customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, or technical issues
  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications

  • Intermediate or Graduated
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems a plus
