Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and in-person visits regarding the organization’s services.
- Provide accurate information about available services, processes, timelines, and requirements, while identifying customer needs and guiding them to suitable solutions.
- Support the sales process by engaging potential clients, explaining service benefits, and assisting in lead conversion through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and maintain updated customer records in the system, including interaction notes and service status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of interested or confirmed clients.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks to support service delivery, as assigned by management.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and relationship building.
