Customer Support Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle customer calls, messages, and emails. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, messages, and emails
• Understand customer issues and provide solutions
• Update customer information in the system
• Share basic information about company services/products
• Forward issues to the relevant team when needed
