Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers
• Promote apparel products and explain features/offers
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
• Maintain customer records and follow up for conversions
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order closure
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

• Good communication and calling skills
• Experience in apparel/fashion industry preferred
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach
• Basic system and CRM knowledge
