Job Description:

Zidello is looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer-facing roles and be comfortable handling both support and basic marketing-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide accurate information about company products
  • Follow up with clients and maintain customer records
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Perform administrative support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in receptionist, real estate, or life insurance roles preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate (email, basic software, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
