Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling experience, and the ability to resolve client queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in clients professionally
• Assist customers with bridal & formal wear sales/rentals
• Manage trials, fittings & customer coordination
• Maintain boutique display and presentation
• Coordinate with tailoring & inventory teams

Requirements

• Intermediate or above
• Minimum 1 year experience in boutique sales/CSR
• Strong communication & customer handling skills
• Presentable, punctual & responsible
