Customer Support Representative (CSR) – IT Services

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Support Representative (CSR) with excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of IT services. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate confidently with international clients and have knowledge of web development, SEO, digital marketing, and related IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Communicate professionally with international clients in fluent English.
• Understand client requirements related to web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
• Provide accurate information about company services and solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant departments when required.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, including:
• Web Development
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Digital Marketing
• Website Maintenance
• E-commerce Solutions
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Client Handling, or a similar role.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international clients.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional:

• Experience in a software house or IT company.
• Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, SEO tools, and website development processes.
• Experience handling US, UK, or international clients.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: PIA road, Main Boulevard Johar Town Lahore.
Salary: Market Competitive (Based on Experience)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
