Customer Support Representative

Nestors Global (Pvt) Limited is looking for confident and professional Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent UK English communication skills and experience handling UK-based clients through calls, cold calling, and live chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based clients professionally
  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build client relationships
  • Provide live chat and customer support with quick and accurate responses
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues effectively
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-focused communication style
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CRM records and update customer interaction details regularly
  • Work closely with sales and support teams to achieve business targets

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer support, call center, or telesales roles
  • Minimum 16 years of education (masters degree holder)
  • Excellent spoken and written UK English communication skills
  • Strong fluency, pronunciation, and confidence in handling international clients
  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and live chat support
  • Ability to handle objections and communicate professionally under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and teamwork skills are essential

Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
