SmartGen Solutions is looking for experienced and customer-oriented professionals to join our growing team as Customer Support Representatives.

We are primarily seeking candidates with experience in English-speaking Call Centers. Applicants with a background in Taxi Dispatch, Cab Booking, Limo Dispatch, or Truck Dispatch Operations will be given strong preference.

This role involves interacting with customers from the USA, Canada, and UK, therefore excellent English communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.

Since our operations run 24/7, candidates must be flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and service inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Represent SmartGen Solutions professionally during all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in an English-speaking Call Center is required.
• Experience in Taxi Dispatch, Cab Booking, Limo Dispatch, or Truck Dispatch is highly preferred.
• Strong customer handling and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM/dispatch systems is a plus.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Must be comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting Salary: Rs. 100,000+ per month

Final salary package will be determined based on experience, communication skills, and overall qualifications.
