Customer Support Representative (Bilingual: English & Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Spanish.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and updating account information through efficient data entry.
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear understanding and resolution of customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and deliver outstanding client services consistently.

Skills

  • Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong customer support experience with a focus on client services and problem-solving.
  • Previous call center or outbound calling experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle cash or process payments accurately when required.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
