The Role

As a Customer Support Representative (CSR I), you’ll be the front line of the CoinZoom customer experience. You’ll handle incoming support requests via chat and email, help customers navigate the platform, and go above and beyond to resolve their issues quickly and professionally. We’ll give you the training, tools, and resources to succeed — all we ask is that you bring the drive, curiosity, and positive energy.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Holladay, UT office. We’re looking for candidates who can be on-site 1–3 days per week (or more — we love seeing you!).

What You’ll Do

  • Provide fast, friendly, and professional support to CoinZoom customers worldwide via chat and email
  • Conduct video and phone calls when a customer needs extra hands-on assistance
  • Use the CoinZoom app regularly in your personal life to stay sharp on the customer experience first-hand
  • Leverage AI tools to work smarter, handle more volume, and deliver better responses
  • Contribute to our Help Center by documenting FAQs and common solutions
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all interactions, including customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay current on platform updates, product changes, and internal processes through ongoing training
  • Be a great teammate — contribute to a positive team culture and jump in to help colleagues when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine passion for crypto and an eagerness to learn — you don’t need to be an expert, but you need to be a self-learner with a high degree of ownership and experimentation
  • Self-motivated and driven — you take ownership of your work and don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain complex topics clearly and with empathy
  • Comfortable using AI tools — you see AI as a productivity multiplier and aren’t afraid to experiment
  • Tech-savvy — you pick up new software quickly and enjoy figuring things out
  • A team player with a positive attitude — you make the people around you better
  • Located in or near Holladay, UT with the ability to work from our office 1–3 days per week

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a software or technical environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or 2+ years of higher education
  • Prior personal use of cryptocurrency or a CoinZoom account is a strong plus
