Customer Support Representative (CSR) – Night Shift (Female Only)

Location: WAPDA Town, Lahore
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 + Commission on Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Female Customer Support Representative to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product/service information, and converting leads into sales through chat and calls.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, calls, and email
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle complaints and resolve customer issues professionally
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer records and update CRM
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, chat tools)
• Ability to work in night shift
• Sales or call center experience will be preferred
