Customer Support Representative (CSR) – Onsite Job

Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Full Time – 8 Hours (Onsite)
Salary: Rs. 20,000 – 30,000/month

We are hiring a confident and responsible Customer Support Representative (CSR) for our growing e-commerce business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and order confirmations
• Confirm COD orders professionally
• Guide customers regarding products and delivery
• Follow up with customers and reduce parcel returns
• Coordinate with dispatch team for smooth order processing
• Maintain customer records and update order status

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Urdu
• Basic English understanding preferred
• Previous experience in E-commerce or Courier industry will be preferred
• Experience in call center or CSR role is a plus
• Must be confident on calls
• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
• Punctual and responsible attitude
