Laundry Care is hiring a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to support our clients and service providers and ensure every order runs smoothly from start to finish. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and helping people, this is a great fit.
This is a part-time, work-from-home position but you must live in Ohio
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer and provider inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
- Coordinate and assign orders to local service providers
- Support clients and providers to ensure a seamless experience
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly and professionally
- Keep accurate records and assist with general administrative tasks
- Help maintain a positive, customer-focused experience at every step
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Requirements
- Reliable computer (no tablets; 2 years old or newer)
- High-speed internet
- Google Chrome
- Smartphone
Schedule & Availability
- Approximately 15 hours per week
- Schedule varies based on business needs, but core shifts would be 10am-2pm with days varying.
- Must be available for at least one weekend per month. Weekend shift is from 10am-3pm
- Support Hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
