We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our growing e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers to confirm new orders and verify order details.
- Edit and update orders in the system when required (e.g., address or product changes).
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.
- Communicate with courier partners to handle disputed or delayed orders.
- Track and follow up on shipments to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Manage customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email politely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate logs of all communication and order updates.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1+ year experience in customer service or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and order management tools.
- A calm, problem-solving attitude under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple teams.
