We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with e-commerce experience. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring smooth operations across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify stores.
Since this is a client-facing role, a clear and professional English accent is critical.
Important: This role requires excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or British accent.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with clear, courteous communication
- Manage orders, including placement, tracking, and resolving issues with customers or suppliers
- Monitor e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements
- Based in Sialkot (office-based role, not remote)
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce customer service (VA, call center, account management, ticket handling, etc.)
- Fluent spoken English with a neutral or British accent
- Strong written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with order management systems and customer service tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
